They don't need any dirty shifty tricks. The Republicans wrote the law with an expiration date when they passed the cuts in the first place; the only thing necessary to get rid of all the cuts is to wait for them to go away. Unless a deal gets made, they WILL go away.

Hillary is respected by governments and people all over the world. That's usually a pretty good standard to hold for the top official whose job is to go talk to them. If you don't understand why, then I suggest you use this miraculous tool the intarwebs have given us called "Google".

Really? No Democrats with military experience? How about let's start with John Kerry, Bob Kerrey, Daniel Inouye, Charles Rangel, Chris Dodd, Tom Harkin, Joe Sestak, Gray Davis, or Wesley Clark?

Um, just to point out, we've elected exactly one president since 1980 who's served overseas in combat: Bush Sr. I didn't politically agree with some of the others, but I think it's perfectly fair to say that requiring them to serve as "boots on the ground" is a bit of a skewed standard.
